Long time, no post. I've mock-drafted many a post in my head, but never found the time/commitment to actual type the damn thing out.
A few updates:
1) I got down to 205 lbs, then went to Vegas for 4 days. Oops.
2) Have now re-lost the 3lbs gained in Vegas, scale this evening read 204.5!
3) Am kicking around running (not walking!) the Seattle Half Marathon in November. Oh God. Executed first run of training program tonight (2 miles!).
