1) It's our first 'fall' day here in Seattle. It's 58 degrees out, overcast, and misting. I'm a Seattle native, and this weather has put me in the best of moods today. :)
2) Worked out with the personal trainer last night - just arms, obvs. It felt so good to put on my workout clothes, bondi band, and left running shoe.
3) I've been trying to find the time to do the 100 pushup or 200 situp challenge for a few months...guess who has time now? I'm doing the 'exhaustion tests' on Friday after work, and commencing the workouts starting next week. WOOOO!
