I'm now down 23 pounds since mid-February. I gained 3 lbs in Vegas, and had to re-lose those. That put be about 2 weeks behind.
I'm still on track (if I am super strict this week) to meet my first goal of losing 26 lbs. by Monday morning. That will put me under 200 lbs for the first time in almost 10 years.
I'll say this here now: I never want to be above 200 again. Ever. It's not even a pants size (still the same pants size as when I started), it's not anything special. It's just a number. But I don't want that number ever again.
Three pounds to go. I can do this.
