And this is what a week full of beer, cookies, and cake will get you. I'm not upset though - this is a long journey, and one pound back on just means I have to work double hard this week and keep my goals in mind. :)
I'm rededicating myself to cut out the sugars & processed crap, and focus more on whole foods that feed AND fuel my body!
