Three Things Thursday

1.  I'm out of the giant walking boot!  I'm now in an aircast, which is like taking two air-shipping-pillows and duct taping them to your ankle.  I'll take it over the boot any day.

2.  Doc gave me an estimate of 3-4 weeks until I can start walking for exercise, 8 weeks until running.  BUT.  I can start doing super basic squats and other such weight-bearing but low-impact exercises in 3-4 weeks.  YAY!

3.  I'm officially off and running on the 100 Pushups - 200 Situps challenge.  I've completed the initial ability test & two days of training.  I can definitely feel it in my arms and chest... LOVE IT! 

We aren't doing a ton for the holiday weekend - mainly watching lots of football and playing with the dog.  I might try to do a modified 30 Day Shred...I feel like I need to do SOMETHING!
