UM YOU GUYS.


That?  That right there?  Pace chart for my 3 mile lunch run today. 

See how that line doesn't dip after 1.35 miles?

It's because I ran 1.5 miles after that.  With no walking.  And felt GLORIOUS.

What an A++++ confidence booster before my first 9 mile run tomorrow and my first 20 MILE WEEK!
